The Glenmont Commons Board of Trustees welcomes you to our new website. This website is designed to answer many frequently asked questions, and provide information on all the aspects of Glenmont Commons. Our Townhouse complex of 264 units opened its first phase in 2002, and the last phase was constructed in 2007.

The complex offers a beautiful new pool area. We differ from other Townhouse and Condominium communities because we are a Planned Unit Development, which means each owner owns and is responsible for both the inside and outside of his/her unit (see Frequently Asked Questions or FAQs). This allows us to keep our maintenance at $105 per month.

Glenmont Commons is managed by Cedarcrest Property Management located in Caldwell. Glenmont Commons is a diverse community where all the owners have a common interest in maintaining the beauty and property values of our complex.

Directions to GC

From Interstate I-287:
  • Take the Route 10 West exit
  • At the 3rd traffic light, take jughandle immediately after light
  • Make a right onto S. Powdermill Rd. and cross over Route 10
  • At the first Stop Sign, turn Right onto Mountain Way
  • Make the first Left turn onto Old Dover Road to the entrance of Glenmont Commons

Monthly Board Meetings

The Monthly Board Meetings are held 4 times a year on the 4th Wednesday of March and May (Annual Meeting & Election), 3rd Wednesday of September, and the 1st Wednesday of December to accomodate the holidays. Meetings begin at 8PM in the Powder Mill Village Clubhouse. Please Note: The November 13th meeting has been cancelled, the next meeting date is tentatively scheduled for December 4th
